Art x 360 is a new creative’s workspace offering studio spaces for a select membership of artists, architects, and designers. The 8,000 sq ft building includes a 560sqft gallery space greeting visitors at its main entry. The gallery is open to submissions from artists and curators in the Miami arts community, and its own resident artists, to create and present art exhibitions and experiences. In addition, Art x 360 contains a central hall for art talks, classes and workshops, projections, and community meetings. Also included on the property are exclusive dedicated workspaces for creative cooking, podcast recording, and a cyclorama studio for photographic shoots.

The creative workspace lives within a block long structure in Little Haiti stretching from the corner of 3rd Ave and NE 59th Terrace diagonally eastward to the corner of NE 59th and NE 4th Avenue. Plans are already in development for the block long structure to add adjoining spaces including interior gardens and coffee shops, serving the creative community within its walls and around neighborhood.
